Supports eDiscovery activities around hold management, data collection and especially eDiscovery data processing, providing direct support to litigation and OEC business areas. Works with clients on activities of moderate complexity; consults with clients and senior IT personnel to develop data collection and data processing solutions as required. Aids Program or Project managers on phases of larger projects.
Responsible for compliance with applicable Corporate and Divisional Policies and procedures
Performs work using existing standards, methodologies and processes and understands other systems/business processes relationship to each other.
Applies and executes standard information systems theories, concepts and techniques and assists in the development of standards and procedures.
Develops test plans and conducts the necessary tests to confirm design requirements. Conducts tests; develops preliminary findings for review by management.
Prepares, develops and conducts clients and systems training.
Completes project tasks within time and budget constraints.
Identifies and implements process improvements.
Require business area and technical solution experience with:
eDiscovery legal hold management, data collection, and data processing business processes
Prefer technical solution experience with:
eDiscovery legal hold management, specifically Zapproved Legal Hold Pro Data collection, Encase, Kazeon, specifically FTK, Nuix Collector, and Pinpoint Harvester Data processing, specifically Nuix eDiscovery and Web Review
