Support the Area Commercial Operations (COPS) Team on implementation and execution of COPS’ key processes – IBP, Demand Management, Forecasting, Sales Cadence and Business Performance Tracking. This involves, but is not limited to, designing, producing and analyzing reports and presentations with data obtained from multiple sources and/or other areas within the company.

Support the LAC Leadership team on its Strategy Development Process, Strategy Plan Design and Implementation through data recollection across multiple platforms – SAP, aForce, Regions’ Ledgers, etc. – and across geographies and functions – finance, marketing, operations, sales, etc. – as well as its structuring and analysis.

Design, Proposal, Implementation and Management of KPIs, Dashboards and Scorecards to support LAC’s Strategic Goals Achievement.

Promoting the LAC Sales team transformation, on its Sales Tools, Process & Cadence as well as on reframing its actual instrument/reagent’s mindset and behaviors into a Lab Solutions Provider’s one.

Responsibilities :

  • Responsible for implementing and maintaining the effectiveness of the quality system.

  • Support LAC’s Strategic Plan Development as well as manage LAC’s KPI’s, Dashboards and Scorecards associated with Strategy Execution and Goals Achievement.

  • Build, Operate and Maintain on a regular basis all the reports & analysis required to support key processes like Sales Cadence, IBP, Forecasting, Business Performance Tracking, etc.

  • Review with the Regions and Area teams any discrepancy encountered in their respective inputs on the key processes already mentioned and others.

  • Champion application of the Sales Cadence Process across the Region by tracking, monitoring & reporting on key Strategic, Business & Behavioral Metrics / KPIs to drive accountability and enable effective Root Cause Analysis.

  • Review Information Accuracy across systems and platforms.

Accountability :

Reporting to the Sales Excellence Manager, Canada, this leader will be also interface with:

  • Area Leadership team (Area DVP; DVPs; GMs; Regional Managing Directors; Enterprise Solution Director; Customer Experience Director; Marketing Director; Finance Director);

  • Regional Commercial Leadership team (Enterprise Solution Director/Manager; Customer Experience Director/Manager; Marketing Director; Enterprise Account Managers; Ambassadors, Value Expansion Representatives); Sales Excellence and Training;

  • Collaborates with Acquisition & Customer Experience leadership, to support effective adoption of the sales cadence process & the utilization of aforce.

  • Implement Sales Excellence Best Practice Processes (incl Tools) established by Area & Global Teams.

Education and Experience :

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Accounting or Finance.

  • This position requires the ability to interface with various levels and areas of the organization; especially our international affiliates. Effective verbal and written communication, Strong PC skills (Primarily MS Access, Excel, Word, Essbase and AES a plus), ability to be a team player.
