Core Job Responsibilities

  • Performs job evaluations using such methods as whole job slotting, point factor analysis, market pricing, etc. and FLSA analysis

  • Completes job matching/benchmarking and data reviews to support salary survey submissions

  • Conducts market pricing of new and existing jobs and reviews market data when survey results are updated.

  • Interprets survey data and performs analysis to ensure competitive positioning with market while adhering to company’s compensation philosophy

  • Performs qualitative and quantitative analysis of compensation programs

  • Support the design, administration, and communication of compensation programs, processes and policies (e.g., salary structures, short-term incentives, merit processing, etc.)

  • Performs user acceptance testing of Workday administered compensation programs and plans

  • Provides analytical support for projects

  • Coordinate and manage projects as assigned

Education and Skills Requirements:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field or equivalent work experience is required.

  • 2-4 years analytics experience is required, preferably with compensation focus. Demonstrated knowledge of international compensation principles and best practices preferred.

  • Strong Microsoft Office skills are required. High-level proficiency in Excel is required. Experience with Microsoft Access is preferred. Knowledge of CompAnalyst is preferred

  • Self-starter with strong attention to detail, collaboration, problem solving/critical thinking, independent judgement, time management and communication skills

  • Demonstrated knowledge of human resource laws and policies. Strong knowledge of FLSA is required.

  • Ability to follow and interpret established policies and guidelines under general supervision

  • Ability to develop innovative approaches, execute responsibilities and resolve issues

  • Ability to manage and maintain highly sensitive and confidential information
