You will maintain accurate financial information and provide the HR Americas organization analytical support and financial information in compliance with corporate policies and government regulations. Provide financial counseling to the business staff in support of their charters. Ensure timeliness, accuracy and integrity of all financial related information including compliance with Corporate and Divisional policies.
Core Job Responsibilities
Supports the HR Americas’ Controller with key projects and analysis.
Develops financial plan / LBEs and other required financial forecasts.
Provides mentorship on local and international policies and procedures, and CFM’s
Provides monthly analysis of actual financial results on a timely and accurate basis. Analyzes variances versus Plan and LBEs, and highlights risks and opportunities to plan.
Key roles in standardizing HR Financial process in acquisitions and divestitures.
Provides ad hoc business analysis on financial position on fixed assets, reserves, and inter-company balances, accruals and other financial information.
Assists management in financial justifications and analysis for capital requests, cost improvement projects or other related activity as required.
Interfaces extensively with key HR Area Management to provide understanding of key cost drivers.
Bachelor degree, preferably in Finance/Accounting.
MBA and/or CPA preferred
Minimum Experience/Training Required
Ten(10) years of experience in Accounting and Financial Reporting.
