Job Description:

The primary role of this position is to act as the financial partner and provide support to Abbott Nutrition Supply Chain’s (ANSC) Global Operations. The position reports directly to the ANSC Assistant Controller and has one direct report. There are a wide range of financial services and deliverables that will need to be completed to support the Operation and Financial management teams. This position drives the FP&A process for ANSC Global Operations and will be providing financial support for key strategic projects for ANSC.

Further responsibilities of the position include standard cost analysis & cost estimates on new products, financial forecast and modeling for LBEs, development of financial support for Plans and business reviews.

This position offers the successful candidate the opportunity to work with a variety of different functions outside of Finance as well as different levels of management through project support and planning reviews. The role, due to its customer base and responsibilities, makes it an ideal position for the candidate to broaden their experience and gain high visibility within the organization.

Additional responsible includes the development and coaching of their direct report.

Skills/Experience

Requirements:

The candidate is required to have 6 - 8 years of Accounting and Finance experience with cost accounting experience and prior supervisory experience being preferred. The position calls for the individual to have strong analytical and problem solving skills, be able to operate independently and be proficient in Excel. The ability to prioritize and balance the demands of a variety of customers and responsibilities is key in this role as well as meeting deadlines with minimal supervision.

Education:

Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance.
