The Maintenance Manager provides support to plant manufacturing and site operations with necessary maintenance to all site equipment and facilities associated with the plant and warehouse. Ensures the support is provided 24 hrs per day, 7 days per week. Responsible for direct maintenance support of the operations to maintain and improve current manufacturing effectiveness. Responsible for the budget management for all repairs and spare part inventories and for adhering to all plant/divisional/corporate purchasing functions and policies. Responsible for the management of all site utilities, bio-hazardous waste systems and adherence to all regulatory policies.

Managing the Maintenance department Budgets.
Administration of the plant PM program
Management of the plant Maintenance personnel, Management of the plant Maintenance Engineering personnel, and projects.
Responsible for the management of the plant stockroom and spare parts stores.
Responsible for operational performance (uptime) of plant manufacturing systems.
Responsible for all other jobs and customer requests performed by maintenance personnel.
Responsible for compliance to all GMP’s housekeeping and sanitation, safety, training and regulatory agency regulations.
Associate's degree with 4+ years of experience
Bachelor's Degree in chemical, mechanical, electrical or related engineering discipline. Some Life Science exposure is a plus. These are required as the incumbent will have departmental, project, and budgetary management responsibility. A minimum of eight years in a regulated manufacturing environment along with a minimum of five years of program/department managerial experience. Incumbent must have a minimum of three years direct supervision responsibility and experience supporting major process equipment and facilities, as well as possess good negotiation and communication skills when dealing with outside vendors.
