SUMMARY

This role designs the training interventions required to execute on the organization’s training strategy so that the skills and performance of employees meet the organization's current and future needs. The training is focused on HR functional and technical systems knowledge, while integrating customer service and quality assurance behaviors throughout the training curriculum. Role will collaborate with subject matter experts across Global HR Services to develop and implement training across the global organization and is accountable for successful design, facilitation and evaluation of Global HR Services training programs.

KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Applies highly developed specialist knowledge and skills in the design, development and delivery of training programs, work with managers on learning needs of their staff through vehicles such as training needs analyses.

  • Design, resource, and deliver training programs, or recommend externally-provided programs, which meet the needs of individuals and are consistent with the organization’s overall training plan, including eLearning, virtual live sessions, Instructor-Led Training (ILT) or workshops, Train-the Trainer (TTT), and Structured On-The-Job (SOTJ).

  • Develop and integrate knowledge checks throughout the training curriculum to ensure comprehension and foster a center of continuous learning

  • Coordinate training schedules across all teams within GHRS, including each of our four service center locations (US, Malaysia, Poland, Peru).

  • Develop and adhere to a sustainable training calendar that incorporates a variety of training methods, including all the appropriate planning stages prior to training and knowledge checks post-training.

  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop and implement trainings that are appropriate for the organizational needs and consistent with the overall training strategy.

  • Effectively manage vendor relationships to ensure delivery of quality services that meet the business needs and client/partner expectations.

  • Responsible for complex analysis of the training needs of employees to develop training programs that enhance their know-how, skills, and performance.

  • Monitor, evaluate and report out on training programs effectiveness. Maintain and analyze organization and individual and program specific training records in order to monitor the effectiveness of internal and external training programs.

  • Adapts precedent and may make significant departures from traditional approaches to develop solutions.

  • Ensure that a continuous process of best practices is implemented for continuous improvement to training program. Manages training priorities, resources, and policies through and in collaboration with other groups in GHRS.

  • Keep abreast of developments and innovations in training and education in industry so the organization’s training activities remain current and relevant.

  • May coach and provide instruction to lower-level professional staff.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required. Major in Business, Instructional Design, or Education preferred.

  • 5+ years of training experience.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation and professional speaking skills.

  • Experience with call center technologies, CRM or Service Ticket applications, and Workday System of Record or similar.

  • MBA or Masters in training/facilitation, training program/instructional design and development, and/or training management degree preferred.
