To better facilitate company growth, Abbott is seeking a contract sourcer to support recruitment within the Corporate division which includes Finance, Legal, and more. The Corporate division is a global shared service organization that works across all product divisions from Devices and Diagnostics to Nutrition and Established Pharmaceuticals. This contract sourcer will be responsible for identification and contact of passive candidates, partnering with various recruiters in support of key job openings, and a commitment to diverse slates.

This is a critical role that has a dramatic impact on business performance and candidate experience in support of a global division that is growing and diversifying its scope. Individuals should have 5-12 years of direct responsibility for contacting, cultivating and submitting passive candidates. Experience supporting diversity recruitment preferred.


  • Source passive candidates and provide diverse slates of candidates

  • Provide recruitment and customer service for multiple client areas

  • Interview, evaluate and recommend candidates

  • Interact with internal recruiters to define position requirements

  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction with recruiters and candidates

  • Ensure Workday database is updated in an accurate and timely manner


  • Bachelor’s Degree

  • 5+ years of recruitment experience

  • Finance or Legal domain experience strongly preferred

  • Corporate experience preferred

  • Fortune 1000 experience preferred

  • Workday experience preferred

Candidates must be willing to work onsite 3-5 days per week and be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
