  • Internal and Field Stakeholder Management: Effectively communicate and partner with internal and external stakeholders to gain agreement on business objectives and the action plan to achieve them

  • Problem Solving: Demonstrate a strategic approach to achieve business objectives by asking strategic questions, aligning resources, developing an action plan, and evaluating action plan results

  • Analytics: Maintain subject matter expertise with sales data sources and tools, and applies this expertise to deliver high quality data and actionable insights to achieve business objectives. Experience with strategic decision support, market forecasting, performance tracking and promotion analytics are desired.

  • Process: Consistently implements all SCR protocols, procedures, and standards in a timely manner

  • Teamwork and Collaboration: Contribute to the team’s performance, actively collaborate within and beyond the team to design and ensure buy-in around solutions

  • Leadership: Support an environment of candor; takes accountability

Education:

BS/BA in Business, Statistics, Economics or related field required. Master's degree preferred.

Minimum Qualifications

7-10 years analytical experience required preferably in the healthcare industry in a market science or business analytics role. Special consideration will be be given to candidates coming from a healthcare consulting role.

Experience using big data is required preferably with prescription, medical claims and/or longitudinal patient-level data

Understanding of advance analytic techniques used in marking mix modeling, segmentation analysis, physician/patient targeting and predictive modeling

Experience with analytical and/or reporting tools such as SAS, R, SQL, Qlik, Tableau preferred.
