WHAT YOU’LL DO

This is a downstream-marketing focused position in our US Commercial group, where you will be responsible for executing new and existing partnerships in the diabetes space. There will be heavy focus on interacting with external partners and alliances to ensure successful execution of these partnerships.

The Product Manager, Partnerships serves as a leader in the ongoing management of ADC's product lines and partnerships in the US market. Key responsibilities include formulating marketing and sales strategies, providing on-market support and successful execution of partnership programs.

  • Lead strategic partnerships with an aim to achieve common agreed upon goals with respective partners in US commercial.

  • Work with cross functional teams to successfully execute partnerships post-partnership agreement.

  • Define partnership strategy, including product profile, target product positioning, competitive position, pricing, branding, distribution, etc.

  • Provide strategic guidance on the development and maintenance of packaging and labeling.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE YOU’LL BRING

Required

  • Bachelors Degree with at least 4-6 years of related experience, with at least 1 year experience in marketing or product management, or MBA with 1-3 years of related experience. Presentation & communication skills, strategic planning, critical thinking and execution oriented.

Preferred

  • MBA preferred

  • Experience in business development and interacting with external partners preferred
