Job Summary:

Primary responsibility is to support the Area Vice President in all administrative tasks. Administrative support activities include, but are not limited to, general phone support, coordinating Grants & Honorariums, travel arrangements and Event Planning.

Essential Functions:

-General phone and administrative support for AVP.

-Complete expense reports , make travel arrangements.

-Coordinate local team meetings and CAB meetings.

-Assist in interview logistics and new personnel logistics.

-Responsible for coordinating any new Grant or Honorarium activity.

-Maintain the office with daily facility upkeep.

-Track vacations

Other Duties:

Support AVPs as requested by DVP. Resolves and/or facilitates resolution of problems including identifying causes to prevent re-occurrence. Performs related functions and responsibilities, on occasion, as assigned.


Required: Possess 1 to 3 years experience acting in a detailed administrative role, with proven ability to balance several tasks at once. Requires demonstrated written and verbal communication, interpersonal,, analytical, organizational, and follow-up skills as well as the ability to converse effectively. Must be adept at handling multiple assignments in a timely manner and meeting assigned deadlines. Possess a very service oriented mind frame, and passionate about resolving issues in a timely manner. Must have demonstrated personal computer skills including a working familiarity with relevant word processing, database, and spreadsheet applications (i.e., Microsoft Word, Excel and Access). Evaluation, originality and/or ingenuity required. Will travel up to 15%.

Desired: A Bachelor’s degree Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent experience. Familiar with medical sales. Prefer a minimum of 1 to 3 years of relevant supporting sales operations experience, including experience providing work/lead direction to a team
