Provides in-depth technical expertise in the support of client area application systems, applications and processes (e.g. new, enhancements or maintenance), in the preparation of application system specifications, and in the preparation, implementation and support of efficient, cost effective application solutions.


  • Contribute in enhancement, optimization, and troubleshooting discussions.

  • Contribute to implementation of the process improvements.

  • Participate in software development processes on the platform using Agile/Scrum methodologies.

  • Administer and configure software for internal applications using Salesforce solutions.

  • Support production releases and ensure successful implementation of changes.

  • Validate configuration against unit tests and code quality scans.

  • Assist in identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving defects encountered during various stages of testing and production, including during the deployment and implementation of the code in production environments.

  • Perform troubleshooting and support for existing applications.

  • Effectively communicate status of projects and assignments.

  • Monitor and manage changes for supported applications.


  • 5+ years of experience.

  • Working knowledge administration, configuration and development tools including working knowledge of Apex Classes, Controllers, Lightning components.

  • Working knowledge of Salesforce Administration, User Administration, data integration tools.

  • Experience in Continuous Integration environments.

  • Hands on experience with SDLC methods and tools (Waterfall, Agile, Scrum)

  • Experience working in an Agile environment, TDD experience preferred.

  • Experience at documenting business rules, business process, use cases and case summaries.

  • Must have excellent project and time management skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects and tasks.

  • Self-directed, efficient individual with excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
