Manage CRM US Commercial Compliance global programs and support effective and compliant implementation of ongoing projects into Division's Quality Management System, focusing on the US Commercial team’s quality system requirements. Develop long term strategies to meet division goals around US Commercial Compliance. Present program strategies and updates to executive management and stakeholders. Division Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Inventory Control quality systems and/or subsystems and/or division processes. Incumbent may be a division Process Owner for quality system processes, examples include but not limited to: Inventory Control quality systems, etc. Directs multi-region, Division-wide activities to accomplish quality system objectives and goals.
Additional job responsibilities:
Creates systemic solutions to challenges identified with Commercial Compliance.
Works with representatives as liason for Quality and Compliance initiatives, including development and delivery of systems as required.
Provides requirements and input into scorecards for US commercial compliance.
Provides routine updates on process execution and improvement initiatives.
Develops and delivers training as required to reinforce compliance needs.
Partners with OUS Compliance to align on best practices and key processes.
Bachelors degree; preferably in a science; technical and/or engineering discipline.
Minimum of 8 years experience in Medical Device industry or other FDA regulated industry experience.
Minimum of 2 years Abbott experience preferred.
Experience in multiple areas of responsibility (e.g. product development, quality, operations) and working with global teams is desirable.
