Adapts precedent and may make significant departures from traditional approaches to develop solutions.The primary responsibilities of the CAPA Coordinator are multifunctional and include management of the plant Quality Report (QR) and Corrective action/Preventative action (CAPA) program as well as investigation into consumer complaints associated with the Columbus Plant. Primary responsibilities include implementation and maintenance in the following areas:

  1. Writing investigations and reviewing investigations; Problem analysis and corrective action (CAPA); technical resource within plant when it comes to problem solving; training on the QR/CAPA system

  2. Continuous improvement of efficiency and productivity.
