Position Summary

This position will be responsible for the day to day management of ecommerce project work for the therapeutic nutrition marketing team (Ensure, Glucerna, Specialty Brands). This individual will be the key contact on business performance, competitive monitoring, and new item launch performance and plans. This role will have the opportunity to help identify opportunities and build marketing initiatives and plans to accelerate growth across the therapeutic nutrition brands within the e-commerce channel. This role will also be responsible for helping to build organization understanding and sharing best practices within the e-commerce business.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Reviewing content and strategy with medical, legal, and regulatory

  • Developing tactical plans on ecommerce initiatives

  • Partnering cross-functionally with finance to develop 3-yr long term P&L projections

  • Innovation project management and launch plan support

  • Providing monthly KPI and performance tracking and measurement for sales, media, and coupons

  • Creating deep dive analytics to understand the shopper journey through the e-commerce channel

  • Manage and track any ecommerce specific marketing budgets

  • Monitoring and reporting on competitive trends and market best practices

  • Ad Hoc e-commerce projects

Job Requirements:

  • BS / BA in Marketing, Finance, Communications, Management, or Project Management

  • 1-2 years in eCommerce/digital marketing for CPG or Healthcare brands desired

  • Ability to effectively manage complex projects with multiple stake holders

  • Initiative to identify opportunities and develop plans to drive business performance

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills

  • Business analytics and KPI tracking capabilities
