Position Summary

This position will be responsible for developing and implementing the Therapeutic Nutrition e-commerce strategy across all core brands (Ensure, Glucerna, Specialty). This position will need to collaborate across multiple cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, innovation, supply chain and finance to deliver a holistic profitable growth strategy. This role acts as the primary marketing partner working with the e-commerce team to identify and implement best-in-class practices in the online retail experience and developing initiatives to accelerate performance and grow share. This role will partner with the retail teams to ensure the online assortment is highly discoverable and functionally supported. The position is also expected to optimize plans, build organizational knowledge and drive results through regular reviews of online analytics and established KPIs.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Develop and evolve a 3-year e-commerce strategy to support accelerated growth in the therapeutic nutrition business

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to develop an innovation roadmap to develop an insight-driven product portfolio that meets the needs of e-commerce shoppers and retailers

  • Define key metrics and KPIs to share ongoing performance of the ecommerce experience

  • Proven track record of delivering sales, margin and market share targets.

  • Ability to translate consumer journeys into digital activation strategies and activation programs.

  • Responsible for maintaining the ecommerce experience roadmap and communication of project status

  • Collaborate with shopper marketing, category management, and sales teams to refine and continually optimize the ecommerce experience

  • Monitor evolving trends in the market and work within a cross-functional environment to translate into future enhancements and initiatives

  • Ensure that ecommerce experience is easy to navigate and considered best in class

  • Identify conversion optimization opportunities and develop testing strategy

  • Facilitate sessions to share best practices across the digital journey, including search and digital media

  • Lead development of e-commerce launch plans for new products and initiatives

  • Coach direct report and provides them with clear and measurable goals and objectives

Job Requirements:

  • BS / BA in Marketing, Finance, Communications, Management, or Project Management, MBA Preferred

  • Minimum of 5 years in eCommerce/digital marketing for CPG or Healthcare brands

  • Demonstrated hands-on execution and problem-solving capabilities with ability to work to tight deadlines

  • Demonstrated success in defining, implementing and advocating effective ecommerce processes, methods and tools

  • Understanding of e-commerce best practices and experience/technology trends

  • Experience launching e-commerce specific innovation/packaging

  • Demonstrated success collaborating cross-functionally and managing complex projects

  • Strong analytics and KPI tracking capabilities
