The Latin America Billing Specialist is responsible for supporting special logistics needs for Latin America and Canada affiliates and distributors to ensure a consistent, efficient and timely process for PO fulfillment, credit/customer support, and supply chain communications to the region.

Core Job Responsibilities:

  • Tracks and enables the logistics process for POs to Distributors and affiliates in Latin America/Canada, including:

  • Ensuring processes/customer-specific incoterms are documented and fulfilled in a timely manner.

  • Keeping an accounting of specific POs in the order fulfillment process, from PO received, to approvals received, to arrival at the site.

  • Developing specific paperwork as required by the customer/incoterms.

  • Communicates transition of POs through steps in updates to key Supply Chain/Commercial Sales personnel.

  • Highlights specific PO delays in the process and remediation.

  • Makes recommendations to improve processes over time.

  • Primary point of contact with in-country affiliate supply chain lead on order fulfillment issues.

  • Supports backorder communications to the regional affiliates.

  • Supports credit/product replacement process for distribution.

  • As required per the incoterms, secures freight forwarder based on best combination of time requirements and costs.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma/GED

  • Excellent communication skills, including effective listening/validation, careful communications.

  • Attention to detail

  • Ability to multitask

  • Adherence to process and policies

  • Ability to use basic Excel (e.g., filling in tables, updating information, saving files)
