Primary function is to develop software for an automated system. Participate in a team-oriented environment to develop user interface, business rules, data management or system control applications.
Additional Main Responsibilities
Software development responsibilities include executing software development life cycle activities (from software requirements, design and implementation through design verification) using current software technologies.
Will support for fault isolation, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis activities during system integration and testing for systems.
Able to apply the latest software design and development tools and techniques as required.
This is an entry-level software engineer.
Activities will be under the guidance of a more senior software engineer or manager.
Accountable for meeting deliverable commitments including schedule and quality compliance.
Must have skills to plan and schedule own work activities, and coordinate activities with others software engineers.

Associate's degree in technical or scientific discipline. 2+ years experience in a software development role Technology and tools experience (e.g. Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Visual C++, or .NET technology, SQL database technology) dependent on project.
