Abbott Sales Force Effectiveness Analyst, EMEA in Diegem, Belgium
For our Vascular Division, we are recruiting a Sales Force Effectiveness Analyst to be based in our EMEA HQ in Diegem.
As a Sales Force Effectiveness Analyst, you execute key global and EMEA SFE initiatives within the assigned geography, especially in the areas of:
Segmentation & targeting - design and implement the assessment of the market opportunity and account segmentation, work with regional and local marketing teams to identity key customer targets
Incentive design and analysis - evaluate effectiveness of existing incentive plans and recommend changes where required
Performance reporting - publish performance reports at customer, territory, area, country and regional level; identify trends and recommend corrective actions as appropriate
CRM utilization - drive OneForce utilization and act as a main point of contact between sales force and regional commercial and IT teams, ensure data quality and accuracy
Training - design and deliver training for sales and marketing teams within the SFE area
Tools deployment - implement new tools to the commercial organization, oversee requirements gathering, testing and roll-out
The Sales Force Effectiveness Analyst also works with the local sales management and sales force teams to design and deliver regular as well as ad-hoc analytics on SFE related topics and acts as champion and advocate for SFE initiatives through regular communication with local teams.
To be considered for this role, you need to have:
A minimum of 4-5 years’ experience in commercial excellence, SFE, finance, sales support or business analytics.
Experience in healthcare industry is an advantage.
Experience with salesforce.com and business intelligence tools preferred, good knowledge of MS Excel required.
Ability to work in cross-functional and international teams.
Fluency in English (any additional language is an asset)
