We are currently recruiting a Sales Representative.
This is a sales position where the individual is responsible for servicing the current customer base, increasing sales within that base and establishing new accounts.
S/he will be responsible for effectively dealing with customer complaints and recommending consignment in accounts where necessary.
Achieve sales quota per plan by servicing the current customer base, increasing the sales volume to that base and establishing new accounts. Complexity is moderate (territory and/or assigned accounts, products/services, sales or account management process).
Has moderate authority to make sales commitments for assigned efforts and is accountable for results within established guidelines. May provide input to division-wide sales standards, practices, procedures and policies and/or tenders.
Implement comprehensive sales plans to ensure increased market penetration and establishing of new accounts.
Develops and maintains a good understanding of ABT therapy(ies) and product(s).
Prepares reports and drafts initial conclusions/basic analysis; and performs required administrative sales duties, e.g., filing expense account reports, scheduling appointments, and making travel plans.
Maintain business operations in accordance with corporate policies in respect to pricing, quotes, credit terms, expense reporting and Quality guidelines.
