An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and enthusiastic Administrative Assistant to manage the Abbott Remote Monitoring service to support our Cardiac Rhythm Management Technical team.
The main aspects of this role include:
Patient support service for technical needs associated with connectivity of Remote Monitors
Work with Regional Sales Managers, Area Sales Managers and Field Technical Experts for Remote Monitoring to develop a national service for Remote Monitoring with Merlin.net.
Understand technical application and running of Merlin.net system and monitors
Work with the Management team and Technical Specialists Merlin Management team to national models of service to offer customers.
Understand and collate legal agreements and files for each clinic.
Set up each clinic with Territory Managers or FTS and file instructions for the following:
Legal Agreements and customer surveys completed.
Assist with customer instructions for clinic management.
Set up process map to design service for each clinic for local teams to follow
Educate local teams on process to educate patients on Remote Monitoring set up and clinic management.
Schedule clinics for patients and communicate to local Field Technical Specialists to facilitate RM clinics being performed.
Ensure all patients are connected to Merlin.net
Work with Remote Monitoring Field Technical Specialist (Super users) to further develop service to replace out of clinic needs
Manage 1800 trouble shooting enquires.
In addition to the above, the relevant experience is required:
Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a medical devices / pharmaceutical environment.
Proficient at using Microsoft Office Suites (ie. Word, Excel & PowerPoint). Experience with InDesign, Photoshop & Illustrator is advantageous.
