An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced, enthusiastic and passionate Territory Manager to support our expanding Neuromodulation division in Brisbane.
Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, this position is responsible for maximising the sales volume and market share of the Spinal Cord Stimulation business within Brisbane.
The main aspects of this role include:
Complete Neuromodulation product certification.
Achieve sales targets and increase market share for assigned territory.
Actively implements and executes on sales force effectiveness initiatives to help drive business growth and sales skills development including strategic territory and account planning, customer profiles and sales training.
Utilise available sales analysis tools to assist in territory planning.
Develop relationships with and service key customer groups, identify and utilise key customer networks.
Support implantation and post-operative follow ups of devices within your territory.
Utilise internal resources to assist servicing customers within your territory
Manage your consignment stock
Maintain accurate customer profiles.
Maintain up to date product knowledge and actively participate in education programs.
Assist with product marketing and launches.
Provide market feedback on product and competitor activity.
Attend to/comply with customer service and other administrative requirements within the required timeframe.
This role may require 24 hour on-call responsibilities to fulfil your duties.
Attend company sales meetings as required
Some rural, interstate and possibly international travel may be required to fulfil your duties.
Ensure maintenance of company property/assets.
In addition to the above, the relevant experience is required:
Tertiary qualification in medical, business management or other related field
Experience as a Medical Device Sales Representative
Proven experience in building relationships with customers and Doctors
