Abbott Medical is looking for a Field Technical Specialist Emerging Technologies (m/f) based in Germany (remote).
Main responsibilities :
The FCSET will provide clinical consultation and case support in Germany and in foreign countries on assigned new to market technologies.
Provides clinical and technical expertise/support for Emerging Technologies (e.g. serves as trusted technical expert for new procedures and products)
The FCSET assists with patient management in related Abbott clinical studies: meeting inclusion/exclusion criteria, scheduling and treatment of patients, and ensuring appropriate patient follow-up.
Works with other departments (Education, Marketing, R&D, etc.) to assist with enrollment support activities at the sites (e.g. development of clinic workflow, support of referral events)
Delivers training to sales personnel regarding competitive products and their capabilities.
Your Profile :
Bachelor degree with relevant medical/technical experience combined with CRM/HF and/or Vascular or Structural Heart experience plus strong clinical experience, interventional/cath lab or relevant experience.
Experience with medical devices and ability to present advantages of medical products
Excellent influencing and consulting skills plus ability to work independently
Ability to build strong relationships with key therapy users and employees across organizational levels
Ability to travel up to 75% of the time (Germany+ foreign countries)
Excellent German and English skills required
