Responsibilities:

· Financial Planning & Analysis:

Organize and produce monthly and annual reporting to the required timetable;

Organize, produce, and report on the monthly and annual planning activities;

Analyze variances and discuss the factors between actuals and planning scenarios;

Ensure accurate tie outs between the different reporting tools (MS Excel, Cognos, HFM, SAP, Hyperion)

Continuously enhance reporting tools through the automation of data feeds (MS Excel and VBA), adaption of existing models/methods, and the invention of new models/methods.

· Business support:

Meet with managers, directors, and the DVP to understand their needs and provide support to their decision-making process by using existing tools or inventing new ones.

Act as key financial business partner to Marketing and the DVP.

Participate in planning meetings in order to provide financial insights and track changes.

· Liaise with EMEA entities and Division:

Act as point of contact for requests from Division and EMEA finance community.

Organize and take ownership of EMEA-wide planning & analysis activities.

· Others:

Act as a stand-in for the FP&A Manager when he/she is away.

Participate to ad-hoc projects at management request or as the needs arise.

Act as the lead in implementing system changes or system rollouts.

Scope/Accountability:

Provide support to the Americas Commercial team

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree with concentration in accounting or finance.

Position requires 3-5 years of finance experience to include roles of increasing responsibility in accounting and/or finance. Demonstrated ability to provide data and analysis to support decision making, methodical approach to problem solving and rational ideas supporting them, ability to keep learning and to teach others, traditional accounting knowledge and facilitator of management needs, streamlining functions within the department and an efficient work ethic.
