Responsible for supporting the Structural Heart CALA Sales, Operations and Finance teams meet their Commercial and Financial sales, growth, division margin and other targets through trend analysis, tool creation and implementation.
CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Implement a CRM system roll out in CALA Structural Heart organization.
Monitor the Commercial and Financial performance of Structural Heart products, compare the Plan and LBE vs Actual results, analyze market trends of the products, company, profitability and contribution of each product and suggest actions to correct and/or optimize results
Prepare the Daily Sales Report, which includes daily, monthly, quarterly and annual Sales Revenue, Sales Units & Average Sales Price data by country and by product
Prepare the Monthly Polaris Report, which includes Sales Revenue, Sales Units & Average Sales Price data by country, by account, by sales rep, and by product.
Develop other reports, dashboards, key performance indicators, etc as required, and act as the Subject Matter Expert for CALA Sales and Inventory data.
Manage Dodeca system data, including uploading and retrieving data in the system, and reconciling the Dodeca system data with other ERP system data to ensure data accuracy
Work with CALA HQ Finance management to calculate Bad Debt Reserves, and Inventory Obsolescence Reserves.
Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for IT systems, and act as the central point of contact for troubleshooting issues that arise between IT, Sales and Finance.
Train new and existing users on how to use IT applications.
Responsible for development and implementation of market research plans and relationships to market research suppliers and partners.
Responsible for sales reporting, trend and market analysis, market model management, and the implementation of a sales process across CALA.
Compiles and delivers business intelligence reports to end users on a regular basis, and researches marketing information for the CALA HQ and CALA Commercial teams.
Develop marketing, promotional and sales plans in short-, medium- and long term increments (1-3 years), for Structural Heart products, considering differences in markets, varying product life cycles, regions and countries, product availability, investments, resources, product positioning, defined strategies, prices, commercial and financial goals (margins for each product).
Lead, coordinate and manage the NPI (New Product Introduction) process for the region, assuring clear communication and correct prioritization according to the business needs.
Lead the product launch process, alterations and/or product discontinuations in the Structural Heart portfolio and comply with the processes and procedures defined by the company.
Conduct training for the sales force and finance personnel and monitor the results achieved.
CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES (con’t):
Create reports / dashboard with managerial information for Structural Heart products considering local and international requirements.
Control the budget assigned to each product and monitor the financial results achieved for Structural Heart products. Create tools to monitor and track the expenses, implement and analyze the results.
Act as leader for the business, approaching in entrepreneurial fashion, and putting in place initiatives that will drive sustainable growth for CALA Structural Heart.
