  • Prepare and conduct site Management Review (EMR), Business Review (MBR) and Product Monitoring Review (PMR) to meet all regulatory deliverables. Work across business functions to define metrics and reports. Create and verify site quality and business metrics and distribute to end users. Maintain Quality Impact Score Tool and Erratic Rate IT applications (lead Validation and Administration) and assign ticket trending evaluation.

  • Execute assignments within the facilities engineering group to support LRP capital planning, project management, execution of capital projects, site space planning, execution of work orders, business continuity planning including annual exercise, and utility management. Participate as liaison with Validation for Facilities/Utilities/Equipment validation activities.

  • Provide CAPA technical support and provide responses for all areas of Shared Services responsibility including Facilities and Data Systems.

  • Act as SME during audits for Data Systems procedures and processes including Management Review and Product Monitoring. Act as SME or backup during audits for Facilities procedures and processes including Equipment Control, Environmental Monitoring and Sanitation, Controlled Temperature Units, and Deionized Water.

  • Identify and lead process improvement and cost savings projects.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for compliance with applicable Corporate and Divisional Policies and procedures.

  • Applies and executes standard information systems theories,concepts and techniques and assists in the development of standards and procedures.

  • Investigates alternatives,which use existing applications and make recommendations.

  • Conducts tests,develops preliminary findings for review by management.

  • Conducts training.

  • Manages projects according to milestones and within budget constraints.

  • Identifies and implements process improvements.


  • Monitors and organizes the efforts of technical and business support staff.

  • Guides the efforts of less experienced staff.

  • Exercises latitude in approach to problem and solution.

  • Work is reviewed for soundness of business judgment and to determine if overall results and objectives have been achieved.

  • Errors or failure to achieve expected results may result in project delays and/or the expenditure of more resources than was planned.

Minimum Qualification:

Bachelor Degree or equivalent relevant experience. 4-7 years of experience, minimum of 2 in manufacturing environment Works with minimal management direction. Determines and develops approach and solutions to problem.

Preferred Qualification:

  • BS in an Engineering discipline or equivalent technical discipline

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience with preference given to experience within an FDA regulated environment; experience in plant engineering and quality; and exposure to data analytics.

  • Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint with exposure to Microstation CAD software tools and knowledge of MS power tools a preference

  • SQL and other query logic preferred

  • Ability to work collaboratively with all functional areas on site

  • Effective communication skills across all levels of the organization including ability to interact with internal and external auditors

  • Knowledge of regulations and standards affecting IVD’s and Biologics.
