Summary:

Manage all aspects of a large scale and complex project, from start to finish, so that it is completed on time and within budget.

Main Responsibilities:

Responsible as the Software PRS TRB Chair (Alinity s and Alinity ci).

  • Coordinate PRS activity and manage to closure;

  • Schedule weekly meetings; Prepare and distribute formal TRB agenda prior to each meeting; generate and distribute weekly PRS metrics, monthly Opened/Closed PRS metrics;

  • Review and sign PRS records for Pre-approval (occurs outside of TRB meetings).

Responsible as the Software RMT Chair (Alinity ci, s).

  • Schedule and host weekly meeting ensure that mandatory roles are filled;

  • review 7040 Forms for records needing Risk Assessments to reach agreement on finalized text (additional meetings scheduled as needed)

  • Review QR and Design Plan records as needed in RMT Meetings and document accordingly in meeting minutes; provide Risk statement for Design Plan to Project Manager

Additional Main Responsibilities:

  • Design, communicate, and implement an operational plan for completing a project; monitor progress and performance against the project plan; resolve operational problems, minimize delays.

  • Identify, develop, and gather necessary resources to complete the project.

  • Prepare designs and work specifications; develop schedules, budgets and forecasts; select materials, equipment, project staff, and contractors.

  • Estimate costs, resources, and time required to complete.

  • Monitor activities, allocate resources, and assign tasks to ensure targets are met.

  • Liaise with other areas in the organization to secure specialized resources and contributions for the project.

  • Conduct project meetings and prepare reports to communicate the status of the project within and beyond the project team.

  • Coach and mentor project staff and assist them to solve problems.

Qualifications:

Associates Degree with 4+ years of experience

Preferred Qualifications:

Technical background, strong collaborative skills in bringing Cross Functional Teams together; driving and delivery results according to schedule.
