The position of Clinic Solutions Consultant is within our Toxicology business unit located at our Kansas City, Missouri office. This role will execute client software training and implementation to support Clinic Solutions goals and objectives. This role will report to the Senior Manager, Clinic Development.
Abbott Rapid Diagnostics (formerly Alere) is part of Abbott’s Diagnostics family of businesses, bringing together exceptional teams of experts and industry leading technologies to support diagnostic testing which provides important information for treatment and management of diseases and other conditions.
Educates newclinics on sales and marketing strategy to implement partner solutions throughclinic and client portals to drive revenue goals
Conducts virtualtraining sessions with clinic partners
Worksextensively with new clinic partners to successfully onboard clinics into theeScreen network including, but not limited to:
Regulations: Educationof regulations for DOT, NON DOT, quality checking and logging
Sales andMarketing: Educates the sales & marketing contact in the clinic todemonstrate and implement partner solutions through clinic and client portalsto optimize revenue results
Client Listing:Determines partnership commitment for local client base
Serves assubject matter expert on eScreen software platforms, technology and services
Compliance: Performsclinical evaluation of clinic facility’s quality and compliance
Billing: Educatesclinics about the billing process of invoicing and auto-reimbursement forvarious service scenarios
Reporting: Demonstratesthe reporting features in eScreen’s clinic web portal
Conductsin-house testing on programming, quality control, and other departments as newproducts are qualified and launched
Provides ongoingclient support for 30 days post implementation date
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS | EDUCATION:
Bachelor’s Degree inCommunications, Health Administration, Business or similar degree OR relevant work experience
Highly organized individual withthe ability to work several different contacts at the same time whileimplementing multiple project plans over the course of several months
Technology-minded person who caninstall (and trouble-shoot) basic PC components, printers, Internetconnections, WIFI and other common technology components used to run eScreensoftware
Public speaking and presentationskills
Experience with executing a projectplan
Experience with one-on-one training
Experience in software training
Knowledge of eScreen products andsoftware applications
