As SALES REPRESENTATIVE you will promote, manage and grow the assigned core products of the Pharmaceutical Product Division within the assigned territory.

HOW WILL YOU MAKE A DIFFERENCE?

  • Generate market share and market share growth for assigned products.

  • Promote to Primary Care and Specialty physicians and other Health Care Professionals (HCP), primarily in an office-based setting within an assigned territory for Public and Private.

  • Understand the impact of territory major issues, identify opportunities and develop and implement appropriate tactics/strategies to growth Abbott portfolio.

  • Understand and Achieve SFE KPIs: Daily call rate, VIP/As, Coverage and Frequency, etc.

  • Manage allocated resources as samples, promotional and educational materials to maximize ROI within Regulatory and OEC guidelines.

  • Maintain accountability for all product samples and stock packages in accordance with Local Regulations, Abbott and OEC guidelines.

  • Provide reports to management regarding territory status, to include forecasts, proposals, and business reviews as requested. Maintain and grow current assignment by visiting accounts on a regular basis.

  • Identify business opportunities and the resources needed to act upon the opportunity.

  • Submit on time complete documentation to distributor for the Debit Notes process.

  • Collect, analyze and report competitive intelligence or market insight on current or new market opportunities.

  • Comply with all company require administrative report and submission on time.

  • Comprehensive knowledge of all products, marketing material, clinical studies, protocols and guidelines as well as the ability to deliver the information.

  • Manage assigned accounts budget and operate efficiently within that budget Serve as the primary contact with all accounts in current territory to aid in sales and training of accounts to maintain good relationships and customer satisfaction.

CAN’T WAIT TO GET STARTED?

To be successful in this role, you will require the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business and/or Science related areas.

  • 3-5 years of experience in sales and/or product promotion to the medical community.

Other Requirements:

  • Ability to express ideas effectively to others

  • Excellent writing and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to travel internal and/or external

  • Full-time Job with long hours driving and sitting.

  • Self-motivated, ability to work and function independently with a high degree of initiative, independence and autonomy.
