Responsible for cost center budgeting and forecasting activities that may range from Commercial, Division Staff, IT, Marketing and R&D organizations. Includes LBEs and confirmation schedules, as well as variance analysis and understanding of business drivers. Ability to prepare commentary and develop an understanding of the business. Ensure all deadlines are met with accurate schedules and on time submissions to appropriate organizations.

-Maintain the ADD Chargeback Reserve, including but not limited to: calculating and recording monthly journal entries, reconciling monthly Chargeback files and resolving any discrepancies, and ensuring payments are made on a timely basis

-Manage the ADD Royalty Portfolio calculation and accrual process, as well as Royalty forecasting including calculation, system upload, and variance analysis versus prior LBEs

-Other activities including assisting other ADD Finance groups with forecast system loading, transfer pricing activities, and other special projects as needed


Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting required.

Qualifications :

Minimum of 2-4 years finance/accounting experience

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, as well as attention to detail

Ability to work independently and with senior management

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Advanced Excel skills preferred
