Primary Job Function

Leads Strategic Pricing processes and tools for the Area. Supports commercial strategy execution and drives profit and margin improvement.

Core Job Responsibilities

Lead implementation of Strategic Pricing tools and processes in alignment with division guidelines to support acquisition opportunities. Provide deal-specific support to commercial teams to increase win rates and profitable growth. Reviews pricing outcomes to identify trends and impact on price integrity within region / country. Provides recommendation on how to price future deals to close gaps. Monitors contract compliance and coordinate appropriate follow up actions with commercial team. Identifies opportunities that drive gross margin and economic profitability improvement and engage with appropriate parties for execution. Coordinate with country local resources to ensure new contracts for key customers are executed in alignment with country legal requirements and Transfusion business unit guidelines. Coordinate and supervise post-signing contract maintenance activities with country local resources: Loading/auditing pricing in local systems, Price Increases execution, letters to customers, credit memos, adjustments, rebates. Sets new product pricing and pricing schedules annually based on local knowledge in accordance with global requirements. Support Managing Director with IBP process and deliverables.

Accountability and Scope

Reports to Managing Director or Service Senior Director. Collaborates with Strategic Pricing, Division Price & Profitability, Finance and Commercial leadership. Customer responsibility spans through multiple geographies (US states or countries). Accountable for pricing integrity and profitability improvement.

Education and Minimum Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in pricing, large data or profitability analysis

  • Minimum 2 years of experience supporting commercial organizations

  • Minimum 6 years of total business experience

  • Strong leadership / management skills
