Primary Job Function
Serves as the talent and organization effectiveness (OE) senior manager to plan, execute and deliver talent and OE strategies and interventions for internal clients including:
Full people management responsibilities for the Russia Talent and & Organisational Consulting Team to develop strategy to support the execution of business strategy and the unique business needs of the divisions.
Determining how talent and OE solutions are used to achieve long-term business success and add value to meet organizational needs.
Analyzing, designing and delivering a range of talent and OE solutions and designing and implementing performance improvement interventions to meet employee and organizational needs

Work with the business and HR leaders to assess, diagnose, plan and implement strategic talent and OE solutions to support business strategy.
Know your Business, Teams and Culture enabling us to deliver more impactful talent and organization solutions.
Anticipate and Proactively act on trends and opportunities. Measures and reports the impact of talent and OE interventions using evaluation, business metrics and performance results.
Trusted Partner enabling open, candid and transparent dialogue on how to best improve business performance through OE solutions.
Leverage Best Practices, TD Expertise and Benchmarks across Abbott and Beyond to design and deliver better and faster innovative simple and implementable solutions.
Build Capability to include the necessary experiences, skills and knowledge on how to improve and sustain business performance for the business and the TOC Team
Drive for Excellence in Execution by working side by side with BHR and the Business to build our talent pipeline, foster cross-divisional talent sharing and implement our talent development processes and solutions.
Proactively works with Learning & Development partners to design and implement talent and organization plans. This may include talent management, training, organization effectiveness, org design, culture, leadership development and change management.
Perform the annual cycle of performance management for the TOC Team including coaching and real time feedback.
Lead or participate in talent management-related activities such as division, country, BAC or Area TMR preparation and facilitation and Talent Management System support.
Facilitate leadership team meetings, leadership alignment, onboarding and coaching
Position Accountability / Scope
Reports to the EMEA TOC Director and responsible for management of Russia TOC Team with direct responsibility for CIS businesses and Russia Corporate Functions and Devices businesses.
Responsible for the Russia and CIS TOC budgets.
Will work directly and independently with country BHR Directors and Russia BAC. Interacts and partners with:
Business leaders including: General Managers and other Business Leaders.
HR including: Regional/Affiliate/Division BHR and Country BHR Director
Talent and OE Consulting colleagues and L&D practice center colleagues
- Master’s degree in L&D, OD or related field preferred
Minimum Experience / Training Required
7-10+ years of progressive learning and development experience. 5 of which should include people management experience.
Strong working knowledge of a variety of organizational development disciplines including; consulting, org design, training, leadership and Team development, talent management, performance management and change management. Experience working in large, complex global organizations.
Experience in large professional services consulting and/or MNC preferred.
