JOB DUTIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES/ ACCOUNTABILITIES :
The Sr Analyst OEC monitoring will perform monitoring activities as assigned.
Key job responsibilities include
Understand applicable compliance policies Contribute by inputs & execute monitoring activities as per plan. Conduct Field Monitoring as per plan. Prepare and analyze various dashboards and incorporate the same into plan and execution. Perform data analytics with meaningful results Execution of tasks as decided and assigned by the Monitoring Head. Identify gaps if any in policies & SoP’s for compliance activities and draft suitable policies & procedures with relevant stake holder engagement to plug gaps if any Monitor high risk transactions on a timely basis, define applicable system controls in place for review, approval of activity and timely preparing the dash boards for appropriate report outs to the management and OEC director Conduct High Power meetings with stakeholders for assigned affiliates Present in affiliate CCs the monitoring findings whenever assigned Provide regular inputs to strengthen monitoring program Train compliance analysts on job and Guide other compliance managers in compliance risk identification and mitigation Develop proactive preventive controls in system for compliance priorities to be a better business enabler Monitor adherence to compliance policies and procedures. Work on special projects as envisioned time to time. Be aware of changes in regulatory environment to guide suitable proactive measures to mitigate risk
In addition, he/she will collaborate and consult with stakeholders as required to ensure the successful integration and implementation of compliance and ethics across all businesses in Abbott India.
Skill, Education, Experience
Required Education / Experience
Chartered Accountant with BIG 4 experience with more than 2-3 years’ experience
Ideally the candidate will have a minimum of 2-3 years of related professional experience including some pharmaceutical or health care compliance program experience as either a member of a multinational compliance team or consultant.
Demonstrated problem-solving skills, self-starter and problem solver
Strong communication skills and management experience for the more senior position.
