Abbott is rapidly accelerating its growth in its Atrial Fibrillation business in Japan and we are in need of a highly-motivated and dynamic Capital Sales Specialist. He/she will work extremely closely with sales leaders and our sales representatives to identify EP capital business opportunities and lead the local team to execute and close capital sales. This candidate must demonstrate the ability to think strategically, lead their peers and communicate effectively with the customer and senior sales and marketing leadership. In addition, this candidate must understand the capital sales process and have the ability to think strategically and creatively to move the capital sales process forward amongst various stakeholders.
Owners of the capital selling process
As a Capital Sales Specialist,
Build the whole strategy for Capital product and execute that in the field.
Work with Sales Leadership and Sales Representatives to close the EP capital sales contracts with doctors, administrators and dealers
Support field selling activities and achieve sales targets (unit/revenue/profit)
Manage database for Capital deals and public hospital information to generate leads
Conduct product presentations to medical stEPf at hospitals
Create strategic capital installation programs by working with MKTG and sales team
Negotiate with doctors, administrators and distributors
Track Outlook of sales for customer target list
Support Service Business Group for service plans in discussions and for smooth system installation
More than 3-years experience successfully selling capital in medical industry in a business-to-business environment/医療機器業界におけるキャピタル（医療用システム・装置）の営業経験3年以上
Strong business communication skills from oral presentations to written proposals
Logical and strategic thinking, creativity
Skill to coordinate and make proposals
Have can do attitude and execution oriented mind
Adaptable for change with a sense of speed
Team oriented working style
Have result oriented stye
Knowledge of presentation techniques
PC knowledge: Windows Excel, Word, Power Point, possibly database programs
