Position Title: Customer Service Representative – Call Center

We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Representative within our Abbott Rapid Diagnostics business located at Ottawa ON . In this role, you will under the supervision of the Customer Service Supervisor, the Customer Service Representative is responsible for the accurate and timely processing of customer orders. Also provides customers with the proper information and assistance necessary to maintain good customer relations. Uses an on-line computerized order entry system in an accurate and timely fashion. Also investigates and resolves customer inquiries and complaints while maintaining good customer relations.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • ·Processall customers’ orders by phone, fax, email and GHX.

  • ·Placeinstrument orders.

  • ·Processcustomer credits and debits.

  • ·Createand modify customer numbers in SAP

  • ·Createa Salesforce Case for all issues such as: wrong product, lot number issues,price issues, technical issues, MSDS sheets, etc.

  • ·Createdispute resolution cases in SAP

  • ·Followup on account receivable issues, back orders, pricing issues

  • ·Enterreturned goods into SAP

  • ·Filingof various paperwork of the department.

  • ·Answercalls and take necessary actions

  • ·Set upand maintain standing orders

  • ·Set upand maintain sequester ordering

  • ·Displayprofessionalism in work quality and attitude daily

  • Follow up customer calls, questions orconcerns

  • Assists internal customers with variousrequests

  • Other duties as assigned

BASICQUALIFICATIONS

· High School Diploma required

· Must have 1-3 years previous experience in Customer Service

· Must be fully bilingual; English and French

· Must have experience with Order Management System, preferably SAP

· MS Word, Excel and Outlook experience

PREFERREDQUALIFICATIONS

· Experience using SAP

  • Interpersonal skills

  • Detail-oriented

  • Effectively collaborate withothers

  • Communicate professionally,verbally and in writing

  • Ability to work efficiently on anindividual and/or team basis
