This position will be a key contributor in determining the product development and investment strategy across the rapidly growing Neuromodulation business (one of the few MedTech segments at >$2B in revenue size with double digit growth). This role will be responsible for ensuring that the business maintains the right cadence of innovation and launches to maintain our impressive growth trajectory. The incumbent in this position will be regarded as a deep technical expert related to assigned product(s)/product lines with broad knowledge of related fields.

JOB DUTIES:

  • Contribute to creation of multi-year strategic plan and global product roadmap

  • Develop a deep understanding of customer needs, market trends and technology trends

  • Identify and assess significant growth opportunities and create strategies that deliver profitable market share.

  • Execute market research activities to drive business platform/portfolio decisions

  • Complies with US FDA regulations, other regulatory requirements, Company policies, operating procedures, processes and task assignments.

  • Work cross-functionally to drive alignment on organizational goals and product strategy

  • Participate on core team development meetings, representing the voice of customer

  • Maintain positive communications and collaboration with all levels of employees, customers, contractors and vendors

  • Builds strong relationships with KOL’s around the world

  • Present to internal and external stakeholders in 1:1 and group settings

  • Travel up to 30% of the time, including internationally

  • Performs other related duties and responsibilities as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required; advanced degree (such as a Master's degree or MBA) is preferred

  • Experience working in the medical device industry

  • High level of business acumen and comfort with financial modeling

  • Demonstrated ability to apply analytical thinking and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work within a team as an individual contributor in a fast paced, changing environment

  • Ability to leverage/engage others to accomplish projects
