Acts as a team leader in effort to achieve production goals. Organizes personnel, assigns tasks and provides guidance. Understands implications of work and makes recommendations for solutions. May determine methods and procedures on new assignments; provides work leadership, excludes those with full supervisory responsibilities.

Responsible for compliance with applicable Corporate and Divisional Policies and procedures.

  1. Performs moderately complex electronic or electro-mechanical assembly operations on assemblies or sub-assemblies.

  2. Performs moderately complex calibration and test procedures utilizing computer workstations.

  3. Maintains logs and records

  4. Proficient in a variety of mechanical inspection and measurements equipment.

  5. May maintain certifications to remain in compliance.

  6. May perform routine analysis and select appropriate rework steps.

  7. Provides guidence and/or training to other nonexempt personnel.

  8. May perform database record review and closeout, including the creation and completing of forms.

  9. Works directly with Engineering during failure resolution.

  10. Follow EHS rules and procedures. Maintain certifications and trainings to remain in compliance.

  11. Implements and maintains the effectiveness of the Quality System.

H.S. diploma or equivalent required.
