Abbott Business Support Clerk _ Temporary in Rome, Italy

For Abbott's Established Pharma Division we are looking for a

Business Support Clerk

for a temporary contract.

Primary Job Function:

The Business Support Clerk is responsible to execute operative activities, such as in the area of documentation, Agile accesses , clean-up activities and extractions, KPI reporting, PLM shared point maintenance and other administrative tasks in support of projects and daily operations of the Packaging and Label Management Team

Core Job Responsibilities:

  • Support maintenance and creation of internal documentation and procedures for PLM Team

  • Extraction of Agile data and files in support of internal/external customer requests

  • Support in administrative and operative tasks linked with third party Text & Design suppliers

  • Support and maintenance of ISOtrain records for PLM

  • Support creation and maintenance of Agile user profiles, user access requests, periodic purge of inactive users.

  • Support generation of KPIs to measure performance in terms of data quality and process speed

  • Support maintenance and accesses for PLM Shared Point

  • Support other activities as agreed on with PLM leadership team

  • Assure execution of any tasks is in compliance with applicable Abbott quality, and regulatory rules, policies, and procedures

Position Accountability/Scope:

  • Accountability: Timely and accurate work done by the business support clerk in support of PLM Team for operative activities, projects and in reply to internal or external requests

  • Scope: Global Supply Chain

Minimum Education:

  • Any technical or equivalent degree.

Minimum Experience/Training Required:

  • Good communication skills – in English - written and verbal.

  • Good knowledge of business systems and tools, such as Agile, Iris, SAP, ATOM

  • Proficiency with common reporting tools such as Excel.

Desired skills/experiences include:

  • Proven communication skills – in a main EPD business language other than English is a strong advantage.

  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively and collaborate with a diverse group of stakeholders.

  • Demonstrated accuracy, great attention to detail and understanding of consequences of poor data quality.
