Commercial Excellence Manager – Vascular Division
Define and lead sales efficiency indicators through appropriate analysis between sales and marketing
Oversee the monitoring of a business intelligence model to drive customer segmentation, targeting and CRM softwares
Drive sales force effectiveness initiatives
Provide Competitive analyses to identify opportunities and best practices
Capture, analyze and use market data to better understand the current competitive environment, identify attractive growth opportunities and new customer target
Support and build competitive advantage in cooperation with marketing and sales team
Evaluate sales team performance to drive continuous improvement, providing direction and supporting the BUs Division Managers
Degree qualified, MBA preferred
Strong analytical skills, commercial understanding and market awareness
Demonstrated leadership behavior and project management skills
Experience in working with multifunctional teams
Mastery of with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and familiarity with web-based applications; Knowledge of Salesforce.com is a plus
Strong critical thinking and demonstrated ability to identify issues and implement solutions, including identifying and involving the appropriate decision makers
Demonstrated ability to motivate and hold individuals accountable to deliverables; ability to achieve objectives and milestones without direct authority; ability to influence
Demonstrated ability to work in an international environment
Excellent knowledge of English, both written and spoken
The ideal candidate comes from a Healthcare environment, preferably from sales and marketing areas with a good understanding of NHS, ideally from medical Devices; he/she will have at least 5 years’ experience and he/she is willing to be able to reach challenging assignments and to be engaged in relevant developmental activities, in a rapidly adapting environment.
