Cooperates in order to maintain high level of customer satisfaction through effective customer's calls management, giving correct information and updating sales force on issues arise.
Receives internal and external customers calls related to administrative and technical complaints and acts to provide support to customer requests.
Demonstrates an understanding of application of the Quality Policy through daily activities. Maintain vigilance to ensure adherence to the Quality Policy and system procedures but promptly reporting noncompliance issues to management.
Acts on the it systems in order to update the special prices for private customers.
Economy or Science of Communication Bachelor or Master degree.
Knows ADD instruments and products, their application, diagnostic market and ADD policies and procedures.
Knows how to use standard PC software packages
Has a good English language knowledge both written and orally.
