  1. Lead the Brazil PTP and QA threads under the "BSS RUN ERP" domain. This includes Symphony SAP (Abbott's Global SAP system).

  2. Ensure value achievement from the outsourced relationship with suppliers by managing the day-to-day relationship with the Service Provider to ensure the effective delivery of outsourced services, specifically:

a. Conduct regular service reviews; manage and audit Service Provider performance and productivity relative to Service Level Agreements

b. Establish metric/performance reporting; track Service Provider performance and ensure viability of service levels.

c. Provides demand management and prioritization of work in alignment with the business and Service Provider response to demand

d. Monitors supplier compliance with Abbott policies, procedures, and quality requirements

e. Perform capacity and demand planning with Service Provider and Governance team – Forecast customer demand for all in-scope and new services. Coordinate services, projects, and plans within domain to ensure priorities are addressed appropriately

f. Ensure effective systems operations between the suppliers and Abbott.

  1. Key program requirements

a. Minimum 5 years of relevant IT experience

b. Ability to independently lead small and medium ERP projects for LATAM

c. Strong program management background in an SAP environment

d. Strong functional knowledge of business processes in SAP

e. Strong knowledge of Brazil-specific localizations for tax, compliance, and other government regulations.

f. Good understanding of SDLC processes in a validated environment

Education and Idioms

Graduated in areas related to TI

Must have strong bilingual communication skills in English and Portuguese, and desirable in Spanish.
