Responsible for planning and executing commercial sales meetings including National Sales meeting, regional sales meetings and mid-year sales meetings. This includes integrating marketing and commercial input for development of the agenda and content. Create project plan and drive due dates with commercial leadership & team. Work with hotels and vendors to plan and execute exceptional commercial meetings. Secure outside speakers with contracts if necessary.
Work with cross functional team to plan and develop valve coordinator meetings. Secure contracts, plan agenda, collaborate with marketing/training to create content, route presentations and work with presenters to execute successful meeting.
Develop program for Customer Education Visits in Minneapolis; evaluate potential to develop program in Menlo Park. Create agenda, work with speakers to develop standard content. Route content (if needed). Plan and execute each event (estimated to be 2 times per month).
Exceptional project management skills including financial planning process and budgeting
Extensive meeting planning experience
Worked in the medical device field is a plus
Working with commercial teams and leadership
Experience with Cvent strongly preferred
Travel up to 25%
