Primary Job Function:
Responsible for developing curricula and key messaging for sales training of new and current field personnel, both domestic and international. Partner with Marketing and Field Development teams to ensure customer messaging and branding fully integrated into sales training. Manage all training classes for new sales reps as well as Regional Manager training providing coaching and mentoring to develop field personnel into successful sales reps and managers. Provide field support where necessary, personnel assessment during and after new hire training, and assist with the creation and implementation of content for national, area, and regional meetings.
Core Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for compliance with applicable Corporate and Divisional Policies and procedures.
Develop and implement curricula relevant to the training of new field personnel either by original material development or through third party vendors
Develop and implement sales curricula and education materials for field training to support new product launches
Partner with Marketing and Field Development to develop and implement content and key messages for sales training programs and national, area, and regional meetings
Field travel to conduct personnel assessments, strategic training initiatives, coaching and development of new hires, customer meetings and customer training
Position Accountability / Scope:
These positions report to the Manager, Sales Training, and work closely with field personnel, field development, sales management, key customers, and marketing.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Minimum Experience / Training Required:
6+ years of experience in sales, sales training or clinical education. Relevant industry knowledge preferred.
