Build up and timely tracking sales force KPI progress.
Ensure sales data accuracy when business changes, Improve accuracy of daily/weekly/monthly reports.
Analyze sales team productivity and propose the rational of improvement / expansion
Allocation of sales team annual target and measurement of achievement.
SFDC System maintenance and make sure the set up / authorization in system is aligned with sales team and territory structure.
Communicate with sales team on how to do opportunity mapping and perform the data sanity check
Other projects and tasks assigned by line manager.
