Abbott Training Supervisor in Shanghai, China
Learning Solution Planning:
Work with training team and commercial leader to understand, analyze and validate specific training needs based on the business strategy and sales performance. Consolidate needs from different roles for the solution planning.
Learning Solution Design:
Support ADD Area & Global Training in localizing appropriate curriculum and learning solutions that meet business needs in ADD China.
Design and develop training programs (Workshop) based on the specific training needs analysis & validating, provide effective learning solutions aligned to the business insights.
Learning Solution Implementation:
Deliver high quality training and
Field visit with sales managers and sales persons to observe the behavior changes and provide coaching using GROW model to build up ADD Sales Coaching Culture.
Learning Solution Effectiveness Follow Up: Tracking and evaluation of learning programs effectiveness by pre- & post learning assessment and following up actions.
3+ years commercial training experience and 5+ years sales/sales management experienced in healthcare industry.
Be willing to join sales calls and business reviews and provide observations, feedbacks and coaching by leading without authority. Gain commitment to action by using interpersonal skills effectively.
Good interpersonal skills and ability to work well with all levels and types of people.
Fluent in English and good in Microsoft tools.
Good presentation and Training delivery skills.
Ready to travel.
