Primary objective of the position

The Junior Tender and Contract Specialist is responsible for developing and coordinating internal and external processes, expectations and behaviors to drive the pre-tender process and tenders from customers - including third party management and administrative tasks to support the sales process. We are also open for your application if you don`t have all of the experience we are asking for. We will train you extensively to do your job.

Major accountabilities

  • Develop and co-ordinate internal and external processes, expectations and behaviors to drive the pre-tender process and tenders from customers.

  • Ensure the seamless and effective transition from tenders to contracts.

  • Be point of contact for customers for communication and clarification during the Tender fase.

  • Administrate customer and third party contracts to reflect current practice/status with appropriate documentation.

  • Co-ordinate and support third party provision through contracts with the project manager and order entry.

  • Support local sales force with further administrative tasks.

  • Success in this role is measured by Area Europe sales, margin and EP goals, agreed win rate and retention rate, Timeliness and quality of submitted tenders, performance level achievement for customer contracts and planned and conducted contract reviews for customers and third parties.

Requirements / Work experience

  • Minimum of 0-3 years track record in the diagnostic industry with an emphasis on managing tenders and contracts and supporting the sales organization with administrative tasks.

  • If you don`t have any experience yet .We will train you extensively to do your job.

  • Excellent product and industry knowledge.

  • Strong communication skills verbal and writing.

  • Must be team orientated, analytical, highly organized.

  • Strong negotiation skills.

  • Candidates must be fluent in local language Swedish and English, additional languages are advantageous like Finnish.
