Description: Possesses and applies an extensive and wide-ranging technical expertise with full knowledge of related product development disciplines. Understands business objectives, user needs and clinical workflow, and applies technical expertise to resolve complex issues in creative and effective ways to enable product delivery efforts.

Because of their technical prowess, they are known as technical leader within development organization and recognized as technical expert by the broader product development team.

Minimum Experience: At least 12 years experience in product development, systems engineering, and delivering medical devices to market, with expertise in multiple engineering disciplines. Evaluated on case-by-case basis.

Alignment: Technical leader of one major development program while advising multiple other efforts within assigned product portfolio. Is able to balance and prioritize work, delivering on all commitments. Applies expertise in a number of areas in a meaningful way to ensure product deliveries.
