An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and passionate Associate Product Manager to work within our fast-growing and highly successful Nutrition division. Reporting to the Pharmacy Portfolio Manager, you will play a key role in the execution of the PediaSure, Ensure and Glucerna brand strategy in the pharmacy channel.
The main aspects of this role include:
Project manage the key brand activities from brief through to execution based on yearly marketing plans (as assigned).
Manage project timelines to ensure on time and on budget delivery.
Support Portfolio manager in ATL activities including TVC development, CAD approval and execution.
Support Portfolio manager in multi-channel initiatives including development of program content.
Project manage the development of collateral for use by Sales Representatives when dealing with Pharmacists and other Health Care Professionals (HCPs) as required.
Project manage trade marketing material development, execution and distribution to ensure salesforce have tools required to proactively drive sales.
Manage and maintain consumer digital activity and CMS including maintenance and updating of the local Division web page and brand/campaign site as required. Work with Portfolio Manager and local creative and production agencies to develop communications assets.
Work with Portfolio Manager to update ANZ packaging graphics as required, using local agencies and regional approval processes.
Work with internal Regulatory Affairs and Medical Affairs to ensure that all collateral is approved for use in the local market.
Manage the internal Promotional materials review and approval process.
Source suitable ‘best practice’ materials from other Abbott Nutrition affiliates and modify to suit local market and regulatory conditions.
Assist as required in sales forecasting requirements and reporting.
In addition to the above, the relevant education and experience is required:
Tertiary degree in Business or equivalent with a Marketing major preferred.
Degree qualified with strong relevant commercial experience also accepted.
Solid business finance acumen – strong numerical skills
Sound understanding of marketing related principles.
Minimum 2 years' Fast moving consumer health (OTC) Retail Pharmacy marketing experience with multinational consumer healthcare business.
Previous experience as a Sales Representative strongly advantageous.
Exposure to a highly-regulated environment dealing with bodies such as FSANZ/ CAD/TGA/PBS.
Experience with creative and media agencies including brief development, review, project management and production management.
Experience in development of digital assets and management tools such as CMS.
Exposure and usage of market research to report back to business on Brand, ROI, development of actionable insights and learnings.
Contribute to brand planning process and development of yearly marketing plans.
Experience developing and producing POS and trade communications.
Experience working within compliance guidelines.
