Direct Reports (indicate number): 5 District Sales Manager
Key Areas of Accountability:
FOM will be responsible in reviewing and organizing sales structure, perform strategic sales management, review and analyze business parameters. Develop annual SF productivity improvement plan optimizing headcount, territory definition, & training investment, district and territory targets, identify sales force KPIs and recommend SFE strategies
Develops comprehensive national business plans incorporating marketing strategies, SWOT analysis & resource allocation
Effectively manage available ethical business resources (samples, promats, tactical funds) to drive sales and results Regularly tracks overall performance, identifies markets changes and redirects efforts as appropriate, institutes reporting mechanisms and performance management system. Coach DSMs and TMs for growth and development Responsible in building business partnerships with key healthcare practitioners and develop strong ties with key entities
Knowledge & Experience:
At least 5 years of experience in ethical sales
At least 3 years experience as a DSM. Experience as a Regional Sales Manager role is a plus
Strong analytical skills, innovative, organized and can effectively coach sales personnel
Proven track record in sales with strong leadership skills
Graduate of a 4 or 5 year college degree
