Key Strategy Management: To ensure smooth implementation of a:care (integrated multichannel engagement platform) across all TA’s. These includes conceptualization and cross-functional coordination in order to add value and differentiate Abbott EPD in the marketplace. The individual will also be responsible for any compliance and alignment across the organization while delivering programme milestones. He/She is also tasked with orchestrating the whole slew of external interface including digital offerings for patients and healthcare practitioners while keeping the morale and interest of internal stakeholders high.

Key Areas of Accountability – Brand Management:
Set the Short, Medium and Long Term Strategy for a:care aligning local initiatives with over-all Global direction. Work closely with the Marketing/Therapeutic Area Managers/Brand Managers in the planning and development of a:care offerings to ensure that they fit with the overall strategy of the company and that they are in keeping with the changing trends of the health and regulatory environments. Ensures compliance in all relevant corporate branding guidelines, relevant laws, legal demands and ethical standards Work closely with the commercial team, digital and IT team in ensuring the strategic implementation and activity of all campaigns whether in ATL or BTL. Obtain regular feedback from key stakeholders in partnership with the Customer Insights Manager to ensure that the programs are proceeding well and contribute to the overall enhancement of the company image and value-adding. Responsible for setting the key deliverables for a:care while effectively managing the assigned A&P and other relevant budgets assigned to it. Assigning Metrics which clearly communicate the effectiveness of programs to the organization. Conceptualize, design and ensure timely distribution of all materials/collaterals and evaluate the effectiveness of materials consistent with the a:care strategy. Maintain necessary contact with major customers, such as medical professionals, medical associations and pharmacists, patient organizations, vendors and suppliers to achieve objectives of the program Closely monitor budgets and expenditures to ensure that resources are spent in line with business plan commitment.
Knowledge & Experience:
Min 5 yrs. Managerial experience in Marketing (Brand) from either a large Pharma business or FMCG. Pharmaceutical industry experience preferred
Experience in running patient support programs
Preferably exposed in digital marketing campaigns Competencies required:
Must have intense attention to details, able to work in a team environment, good organizational skills, and has a multi- tasking ability

Deep understanding/experience in Advertising and Media execution, Consumer Research and Media Analytics.
